Kevin C. Fitzpatrick began leading walking tours of Manhattan in 1999. He expanded to buses, ferries, and trolleys. In 2024 he added boat cruises to his repertoire. Kevin is the author and editor of nine non-fiction books, all tied to New York history. He is frequently a guest on TV, radio, and podcasts for his knowledge of New York history. 

A fourth-generation New Yorker, Kevin is a licensed New York City Sightseeing Guide who launched Big Apple Fanatics Tours 25 years ago. These tours were created for those that love the history of New York. They can be in the cozy lobby of the landmark Algonquin Hotel, standing inside a fort built in 1794 on Governors Island, or on the water of Long Island Sound.
